- Winners need to apply the voucher code in the shopping cart in your next purchase.
- Only one voucher code may be used/applied for each purchase.
- The code could only be redeemed at American Tourister HK official online store (www.americantourister.com.hk)
- Voucher codes are valid until and including 15 March 2026.
- HK$50 coupon can be redeemed upon any purchase while others can only be applied upon purchase of HK$1,000.
- Vouchers/ Voucher Codes cannot be replaced, exchanged, transferred, returned, converted into cash or applied for purchases at physical stores or other retail locations.
- In case of any returns and refund of purchases to which a Voucher Code was applied, the amount of the Voucher will be fully deducted from the amount to be refunded, regardless of the value of the returned products. Following return and refund, no Vouchers will be re-issued.

1. The coupon code can only be applied to the official online shop and it is not applicable to the retail store.
2. $20 coupon can be used for purchase of HK$200 or above; $50 Coupon can be used for purchase of HK$500 or above; $100 Coupon can be used for purchase of HK$1,000 or above.
3. The coupon code valid till 2021/03/03, it cannot be redeemed after the expiry date.
4. The coupon code cannot be applied with other discount at the same time.
5. All disputes are subject to the final decision of American Tourister.

1. How many times can we play the lucky draw?
Answer: Three times only per day per customer.
2. How many times can a coupon code be redeemed?
Answer: A coupon code can only be redeemed once in a single transaction.
3. Why it prompts that the lucky draw is not working?
Answer: Please try to access the lucky draw with another devices such as computer, mobile handset, tablet. Please be patience and try again, maybe the system is busy.
4. What to do if I lost the coupon code?
Answer: You can copy the coupon code to the clipboard or send it to your email inbox along with the lucky draw result displayed on the screen, no other way to retrieve the coupon code if missed all these.
5. Should I need to register as a member in order to play the lucky draw?
